The key to this ‘awesome speed’ lies in the five Streamline Satellites which orbit the globe and are totally dedicated to super-cycle’s function. When ‘satellite-linked’, a ‘trajectory’ through heavy traffic can be plotted.

The Super-cycle is then so powerful that it can rocket like a bolt of lightning through city traffic or up motorways almost effortlessly.
It is also empowered with brilliant surveillance and firepower capabilities, offering Mike a whole range of weaponry to come to his aid when he’s seriously in the thick of it!
The Super-cycle is indeed a force to be reckoned with and at first even Mike, with all his prior experience with Motorcycles finds it difficult to master. But Mike soon gets to grips with this fabulous piece of technology and once he does the Super-cycle offers him numerous, effective ways to tackle crime.
Equipped with Cindy, its super-sophisticated on-board computer, Detective Mike Simmons forms a strong relationship, adding some great comedic elements to the show. Cindy is a huge help, offering lots of assistance. Indeed, when Mike takes his first mission, her first piece of advice is “Hang-on” before jetting off at an unbelievable speed.

Inspirations
One of the most fabulous and definitive examples of the Streamline Super-cycle comes from another Classic 80’s American hit TV Show Street Hawk, where the ‘Man and the Machine’ are pushed to their limits! This was absolutely fantastic TV, and it is this ‘retro’ style that I truly love and are looking to recreate in to the third millennium.
