ABOUT THE STREAMLINE INITIATIVE
In short, it’s great high-end TV! The Streamline Universe is truly amazing! It represents a fantastically exciting television show and will have audiences engaged for years to come. When Detective Mike Simmons teams up with the beautiful and talented miss Stacey Richards and a whole host of ‘super-technology’, the drama, adventure and comedy are second to none. This show will undoubtedly be a sure fire hit for TV!
Chris King
BIOGRAPHY
Chris King, (Christopher Michael Hart), the creator of The Streamline Initiative comes from Knaresborough in North Yorkshire. I hold three degrees including a first-class Honours Degree in Film and Television Production from York St John University. Whilst there, I was also Graduation Prizewinner 2017 winning the Vice-Chancellors Outstanding Academic Achievement Award in the category of School of Performance and Media Production. My other two degrees are in Chemistry and Mathematics with Physics. I am currently studying part-time with the Open University for an MSc in Space Science and Technology. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and martial arts.
In addition to my BA Hons Degree in Film and TV, I have now completed seven short Film and TV Courses, a recent Directing Certificate at the London Film Academy and six short courses at the National Film and Television School to include Drama Production Management, the Directors Series and a recent Certificate course entitled TV Drama: Creating the Bible where I further developed The Streamline Initiative. A copy of the initial Pilot and Series Bible are available on request. My goal is to come to London and put The Streamline Initiative through a 12 to 18 month Development Phase for a Television Company.
THE STREAMLINE INITIATIVE OVERVIEW
Detective Mike Simmons is experiencing enormous difficulty combatting crime in London and the UK. Criminals are becoming faster, slicker and more resourceful, outsmarting him at every move. However, this has not gone unnoticed by senior members of the Police and the British Government, and they have decided that it’s high time to implement a radically new initiative, The Streamline Initiative.
This Initiative intends to equip the British with fundamentally new and improved
policing methods, methods which will totally transform the way they address crime in London and beyond.
Additionally, The Streamline Corporation from Chicago, Illinois, have kindly offered to supply the British with a highly skilled Engineer and Research Scientist to oversee a smooth integration of the systems. All that remains is for a suitable pilot to be found.
At first when Mike is approached, he is slightly reluctant, failing to really understand the projects worth.
But when one night he uses Streamlines amazing abilities to apprehend a gang of
terrorists with ease, Mike begins to fully appreciate what’s on offer and embraces the project completely. He then sets about confronting all criminals, tacking the fight to them, no longer constrained by lack of funding, manpower or technology.

This show has something for everyone. The team that I have assembled for The Streamline Initiative will leave no stone unturned in its pursuit and quest for justice. This will ultimately lead the dynamic Detective Mike Simmons from the UK to every corner of the globe. He’s got super-technology; he’s got super-back-up and he’s got Stacey and believe me…he’ll need all of it!
FIRST AND SeCond
series
In the first series, Mike is quickly immersed into the World of Streamline as he attempts to deal with not only a super-car and super-motorbike but also the beautiful and talented Miss Stacey Richards whilst at the same time tracking down hundreds of criminals that have been seriously frustrating him. Now things are finally turning around, and Mike loves it!
In the second series, the capabilities of Streamline increase ten-fold with the Streamline automobile now able to circumnavigate the globe in flight mode and enter the sea as a submarine. Mike can now go anywhere he wants as he seeks to track down all of his arch enemies.
